Alan Skinner founded Crystal Vision in 2004, with a vision to build a personal training company to suit everyone’s fitness goals. Alan discovered his passion for fitness at Secondary school where he used to compete in the 200 meters, discus and shot put events at County level.
Alan soon found the benefits of strength training when he got his first set of weights at the young age of 13, and has continued to use resistance exercises ever since.
Alan took up Lau Gar Kung Fu at the age of 20 and then went on to Free Style Kickboxing which he still practices and now teaches some 23 years later.
Alan is a great believer of a positive focus and his friendly and calming approach to all his clients makes people feel at ease when they are in his company; he understands the importance of people feeling comfortable, which is crucial if he is to get the best out of them in the gym.
Alan is a fully qualified Padbox Instructor at Level 2, has a Diploma in Personal Training, and is also a fully qualified Kettle Bell Instructor.
Alan runs 2 successful Circuit Classes a week at his local community centre called ‘Streetwise’, this has been run for over 5 years and has a large following of both men and women who regularly attend.
Alan is on the Register of Exercise Professionals at Advanced Level 4 and continues to improve his skills by regularly attending various workshops to pass on the latest training tips and routines to his clients.
When Alan is not working he likes to spend time with his family, and practices Bikram Yoga and meditation for relaxation.

GB Team Triathlete Adam is an experienced personal trainer and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry.
With the training he initially completed to qualify as a personal trainer, Adam continues to research the industry he is passionate about. Learning all the functions of the human body takes him a head and shoulders above average personal trainers in the UK. He will design a programme specifically for you and your individual set of needs; and offer all the support and guidance necessary for you to excel. He simply will not let you stop until you have achieved your goals, and have some fun along the way!

Can we do more exercise in our daily lives? Well the simple answer is Yes we can, but the hard part is getting and staying motivated”

Adam’s Qualifications:

Sue has been heavily involved in fitness since excelling at school in the hockey, basketball and badminton teams.
Watching her children grow she has realised the vital importance of a healthy & active lifestyle for everyone. In her spare time Sue enjoys spending time with her family either running, cycling or watching her two boys play football.
She fulfilled her ambition and became a fully qualified gym instructor & personal trainer 6 years ago and now enjoys working with clients either one to one or as a group with her beginner and improver running groups.
Helping clients who wish to lose weight is of great importance to Sue and she has had continued success in helping numerous clients over the years achieve their weight loss goals.
Sue loves working with clients from all backgrounds, ages & abilities. So whether helping you improve your fitness levels, losing weight or training for a specific fitness goal she loves it all! Friendly & personable Sue will give you the drive you need to succeed.

Rachel lives and breathes exercise and knows the importance of consistent training and goal setting. After 7 years of Karate at competition level Rachel attained her black belt 1st Dan and then went on to teach other students before enrolling with Premier International to get her NVQ Diploma in Personal Training.
Rachel is a regular runner and whenever possible likes to do the Fleet half marathon, she loves helping people reach their true potential and is keen to motivate and re-educate the importance of health and fitness to all her clients.
Rachel is on the Register of Exercise Professionals at Advanced Level 3 and is a fully qualified Kettle Bell Instructor.
Rachel understands that without proper supervision, nutritional advice and continued motivation many people fall short of their expectations and goals.

Mark has been a Personal Trainer and in the Industry for over 18 years. He has been involved in sport for most of his life and has a wealth of experience across many fields of sport and personal training.
I take a fresh approach to fitness and will advice you on all aspects of nutrition, lifestyle and training schedules and programmes.
I will help you set achievable goals, and support you in attaining them. As your Personal Trainer I will give you Motivation, Commitment and Experience so that we can achieve your own personal goals whether it’s losing a few pounds, running a marathon or becoming an Ironman. You will feel better, look better and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

Pete qualified with Premier Training International as a level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 1 Power Plate Instructor.
He specialises in Strength Training and has also enjoyed a high success rate in weight management programmes.
He has gained experience with a vast spectrum of both age and ability, tailoring every exercise to obtain the best results for each individual.
As an avid footballer, runner and weight trainer Pete brings his life long passion for sport, fitness and health into every aspect of his Personal Training.
