Alan Skinner

Alan Skinner founded Crystal Vision in 2004 with a vision to build a personal training company that’s friendly, professional and suited to everybody’s fitness goals.

Alan has many year’s experience in fitness, resistance training and martial arts, and has built up a good reputation over the years with his friendly approach and dynamic training techniques.

You only have to step inside Crystal Visions training studio to appreciate the importance of a clean and friendly gym that has a lovely calm ambience attached. Alan moved into Hurst Farm Business Courtyard to expand his business in 2009 and has managed to set up a training studio like no other in the area.

Alan recently partnered up with Rachel Pender and has taken Crystal Vision to new heights, with a fresh new line of bespoke strength and conditioning equipment from the states.

Alan knows the importance of making people feel comfortable and has a calm and positive energy that puts people at ease from the word go. Alan is a fully qualified kettle bell instructor, proficient martial artist and has wealth of knowledge and many year’s experience on the instruction of correct form in resistance training. He also has a diploma in personal training and is a fully qualified Padbox instructor level 1 and level 2.

Whatever your goals maybe whether its losing weight, dietary advice, general fitness or learning self-defence you need look no further, every client that leaves a training session feels invigorated and uplifted with tailor made training routines designed to reach your individual goals.

Alan understands that many people don’t feel comfortable joining large gym so his exclusive Personal Training studio for 1 on 1 training is designed to cater for everyone. Rachel Pender

Rachel lives and breathes exercise and knows the importance of consistent training and goal setting. After 7 years of Karate at competition level Rachel attained her black belt 1st Dan and then went on to teach other students before enrolling with Premier International to get her NVQ Diploma in Personal Training.

Rachel is a regular runner and whenever possible likes to do the Fleet half marathon, she loves helping people reach their true potential and is keen to motivate and re-educate the importance of health and fitness to all her clients.

Rachel is on the Register of Exercise Professionals at Advanced Level 3 and is a fully qualified Kettle Bell Instructor.

Rachel understands that without proper supervision, nutritional advice and continued motivation many people fall short of their expectations and goals.
