Kick boxing first started in America in the early 1970’s,
and has continued to grow in popularity ever since.
Kickboxing is great for developing explosive power,
increasing flexibility and a great way to burn body fat.
As well as developing speed and balance it’s also a
great way to de stress yourself at the end of a busy day.

Kickboxing is for everyone, men and women and offers
great focus and discipline for young people too.
